Anita “Peewee” Church Lemaster, age 55, of Van Lear, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, February 5th, 2012 at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

“Peewee” was born September 8th, 1956 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Alfred and Macca Blevins Church.

She is survived by one son, David Michael (Billie Jean) Lemaster of Van Lear, Kentucky; one daughter, Marsha (Tim) Ratliff of Pikeville, Kentucky; one brother, Alfred (Missy) Church of Staffordsville, Kentucky; one sister, Paula Gillum of Paintsville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Danny Ray Lemaster & Timothy Blake Lemaster both of Van Lear, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Ashley Martinez, Peyton Church, Chelsea Church, Madison Church, Noah Martinez, and Gloria Martinez; special friends, Paul Ward of Pikeville, Kentucky and Alice Block of Fort Gay, West Virginia; and ex-husband David (Teresa) Lemaster of Richmond, Kentucky and their daughters, Savana Mullins and Emily Lemaster.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 9th, 2012 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Dr. Greg Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may call at Jones-Preston Funeral Home 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 and 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 8th, 2012 and after 9:00 a.m. Thursday, February 9th, 2012 until time of service.
