Eddie Vanhoose, age 63, of Stambaugh, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center.

Eddie was born October 25, 1957 in Lawrence County, Kentucky, son of the late Jim Vanhoose and Nellie Church Vanhoose. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Vanhoose and Mary Daniels and one brother, Russell Vanhoose.

He is survived by one son, Jimmy Vanhoose of Louisa, Kentucky; and two brothers, Kenny Vanhoose of Lowmansville, Kentucky and Clarence Vanhoose of Stambaugh, Kentucky.

Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Tim Salyer officiating. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
