Amanda Blevins, age 32, of Sitka, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Amanda was born December 13, 1987 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of Lowell Dean Fairchild and Diane Dodge.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jeremy Blevins; one son, Jeremy "JD" Blevins; one daughter, Kyleigh Blevins; one brother, David Fairchild; one sister, Maci Fairchild; and a host of additional family and friends.

At this time, there will be no public services.
