Andrea Kelly Baker, age 40, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at JW Ruby Hospital Morgan Town, WV.

Andrea was born October 14, 1983 in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late Dennis Ray Cole and Katherine Kelly.

She is survived by her husband, Doug Baker; two daughter, Alexis Tarama Baker and Erica Renee Baker both of Lowmansville, Ky; two God children, Kayleigh McKenzie and Dalton McKenzie; three sisters, Crystal Castle, Berlyna Dicrisio and Denise Desellems; one brother, Robert.

Per her request there will be no public services.
