Anna Mae Blair-Brooks, age 98, of Lower Twin Branch, Denver, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Mt. Manor of Paintsville.

Anna Mae was born April 15, 1926 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Sanford Spradlin and Julia Conley Spradlin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her spouses, Elbert Blair and Carman Brooks; two sons, Arnold Lee Blair and Hobert E. Blair; two daughters, Ruth Ann Blair and Alice Marie Ratliff; and seven siblings.

She is survived by two sons, Paul Blair  and Elbert Blair, Jr. both of Hager Hill, Kentucky; two daughters, Dottie Ratliff of Denver, Kentucky and Debra Sue Ratliff of Staffordsville, Kentucky; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Joe Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Blair Family Cemetery, Lower Twin Branch, Denver, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2024 and 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024.
