Betty Jo Spradlin, age 93, of Hager Hill, Kentucky, was born to the late Charlie Blevins and Etta Wellman Diamond Blevins Middaugh on April 9, 1930. She passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Highlands ARH.

She married the late Paul B. Spradlin on July 17, 1948 in Paintsville, Kentucky and preceded her in death on February 23, 1984.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Marvin Diamond, Roger and Claude Blevins, and two sisters, Lorraine Diamond Smith and Billie Maynard and son-in-law, Michael R. Lyons.

She is survived by one son, Paul Mickal Spradlin, one daughter, Connie S. Lyons both of Hager Hill, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Amy Beth (Larry) Clark of Hager Hill, Kentucky, Anthony B. Lyons of Paintsville, Kentucky, Elizabeth (Joel) Lemaster of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and Heather (John) Pavia of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, two great grandchildren, Dragan Jamal Issac Lemaster and Gianna "GiGi" Mia Pavia, and one brother, Clifton (Juanita) Middaugh of Paintsville, Kentucky.

There will be no public services and a private burial at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery.
