Billy Roosevelt Stanley, age 60, of Pikeville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 at his home.

Billy was born February 11, 1963 in Floyd County, Kentucky, son of the late Carl Franklin Stanley and Ernestine Stratton Stanley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Hailey.

He is survived by two daughters, Ashley (Donnie) Thacker and Brittany (Rodney) Ramey all of Pikeville, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Madison, Laylee, Taylor, Ashton, and Kynlee; two brothers, Jerry Stanley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Jackie Stanley of Allen, Kentucky; and two sisters, Marcia Turnley of Texas and Sandi Hayes of Michigan.

Per his request, there will be no services at this time.
