Bonnie Jo Hughes Price, age 91, of Oil Springs, Kentucky, passed away Monday, August 17, 2026, at her home.
Bonnie was born January 8, 1935, in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Dennis "Remus" Hughes and Mary Katherine Matney Hughes.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Mitchell Neil Price Sr.; one son, Mitchell Neil Price Jr.; two sons-in-law, Charles Britton Wells and Robert Miller; three sisters; one brother; and three sisters-in-law.

Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Jean (Robert) Houf of Brandon, Mississippi; Sheila Wells (Eddie Back) of Oil Springs, Kentucky; and Kimberly Miller (and the late Robert Miller) of Oil Springs, Kentucky.  She is also survived by one brother, Frank (Sheila) Hughes of Paris, Kentucky; two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Bonnie Price will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Oil Springs Community Church, with Brian DeWire officiating. Burial will follow in the Price Family Cemetery at Oil Springs, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Oil Springs Community Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 Noon Saturday, August 22, 2026.
Bonnie was a homemaker and a member of the Oil Springs Community Church.
