Brenda Joyce King Lemaster, age 69 , of Berea, Kentucky formerly of Nippa, Kentucky passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023 at The Compassionate Care Center, Richmond, Kentucky.

Brenda was born January 3,1954 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Earl King and Goldia Tackett King. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by three brothers, Hobert King, Robert King and Cecil King; two sisters, Ruby Fairchild and Peggy Tackett.

She is survived by one son, Larry Shane Lemaster of Berea, Kentucky; one grandchild Matthew Chase Lemaster; one brother, Mitchell King of Nippa, Kentucky; one sister Opal Farley of Springfield, Ohio; Several nieces and nephews; one special niece, Hope Adkins.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 5, 2023 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Ronnie Spriggs officiating with burial to follow in the Staffordsville Church Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Friday, August 4, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 P.M.
