Carolyn Sue Howard Murray, age 81, Formally of Johnson County, Kentucky passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024, at the Columbus Alzheimer's Care Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Carolyn was born in Johnson County, Kentucky on April 21, 1943. She was the daughter of the late, Bennie Howard. Jr and Jessie Johnson Howard. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by three sons, James Ronnie Murray, Gary Mulkey of River, KY, and Arnold Lee Mulkey of Betsy Layne, KY; one daughter, Linda Lemaster, of River, KY; ten grandchildren; 18 great-granchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted 12:00 Noon Monday, October 21, 2024 at Jones-Preston Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Murray Family Cemetery, Lucy Castle Hollow, River,  Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 Noon Monday, October 21, 2024.
