Charles Ernest Spradlin, age 75, of Slone Branch, Flat Gap, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday , April 28, 2021 at Paul B. Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Charles was born September 20, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Hendrick Spradlin and Myrtle Daniels Spradlin. In attention to his parents he preceded in death by one sister Earlene Skaggs.

He is survived by his loving wife Shelby Spradlin; one son, Mark Spradlin; three brothers Kenneth Spradlin, Larry Spradlin and Ricky Spradlin; three sisters Ruth Huff, Nancy Keaton and Brenda Maynard.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the Spradlin Family Cemetery, at Slone Branch, Flat Gap, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1 ,2021.
