Charlie Ray Baker, age 59, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022 at his home.

Charlie was born March 29, 1963 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Jimme Ray Baker and Mabel Fairchild Belcher.

He is survived by one daughter, Katie Baker of Paintsville, Kentucky; one brother, Greg Belcher of Indiana; two sisters, Marion Busey of Georgia, and Kim Belcher Karpowicz of Indiana; and four grandchildren, Christian Hensley, Cameron Hensley, Caylee Hensley, and Conner Hensley.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the Arms Family Cemetery, Oil Springs, Kentucky with Roger Thornsbury officiating.
