Claude Mullins, age 53, of Flat Gap, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Claude was born July 21, 1971 in Warsaw, Indiana, son of Orie White Jackson of Flat Gap, Kentucky and the late Claude Mullins.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Gage Mullins of Dwale, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Jacquelyn Mullins and Paisley Blankenship; and two sisters, Robin Lewis of Flat Gap, Kentucky and Amanda Lemaster of Thelma, Kentucky.

There will be no services at this time.
