Columbus Gillispie, Jr., age 64, of West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023 at his home.

Columbus was born May 2, 1958 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Columbus Gillispie and Mary Darcus Reed Gillispie.

He is survived by one son, Josh (Julie) Gillispie of West Van Lear, Kentucky; two daughters, Vivica Gillispie of West Liberty, Kentucky and Bonny (Gary Travis) Barker of Ezel, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Camron, Patrick, Marissa, and Noah; three brothers, Lloyd Gillispie, James Gillispie and Millard Gillispie; and seven sisters, Amanda Walters, Lucy Gillispie, Sara Dennis, Kay Cantrell, Jodi Gillispie, Flora Whitt, and Mary Gillispie.

Memorial service will be held at a later time.
