Connie Jo May Preece, age 69, of Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at her home.

Connie was born January 10, 1955 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late McConnell May and Mary Sue Preston May. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Cornelius "Pete" Preece, brother, Paul David May and two sisters, Janet Faye Ward and Alkie Elizabeth Salyer.

She is survived by one brother, John Walter May of Louisa, Kentucky; one sister, Linda Jean Styers of Columbus, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2024 at May Family Cemetery, Asa Creek, Leander, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
