Danny Ray Blair, age 63, of Denver, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at his home.

Danny Ray Blair was born August 9, 1958 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Leroy Blair and Dixie Ray Ratliff Blair. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one grandson, Kenton Randall Gage Lemaster.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Angela Hicks Blair; two daughters, Brittany Shandell Ratliff, of West Van Lear, KY and Jessica Hope Blair, of Hager Hill, KY; one brother, Roy Douglas Blair, of  Hager Hill, KY; two grandchildren, Callen Birchel Isaac Hurt and Anisa Kaylie Jade Hurt; his best friend Ted Caudill and his fur son Ruckus Ray.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 18, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Jared DeAtley officiating. Burial will follow at Topsy Ratliff Family Cemetery, Denver, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 2021, 12:00 Noon - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 17, 2021 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 18, 2021.
