David Michael Lemaster, age 46, of Pikeville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday November 28, 2021 in West Virginia.

David was born July 14,1975 in Floyd County, Kentucky, son of the late David "Coal Bucket" Lemaster and Anita "Pee Wee" Church Lemaster. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Tyler Horn.

He is survived by his wife Theresa Dennison Lemaster; five sons, Danny Ray Michael Lemaster and Timothy Blake Allan Lemaster both of Pikeville, Kentucky, Eric Walker Horn of Louisville, Kentucky, Peyton Tanner (Amanda) Church of Georgetown, Kentucky, and Logan Nathaniel Meek of Boons Camp, Kentucky; two daughters, Anita Marie Skyann Lemaster of Pikeville, Kentucky and Emily Paige Horn of Tennessee; one sister, Marsha (Tim) Ratliff of Harold, Kentucky; adopted mother, Paula Church Gillum; uncle and like a brother, Paul Alfred "Bud" Church; best friend and like a brother, Paul "Fuzz" Ward; two grandchildren, Raelynn Horn and Abraham Joseph Cantrell; and sister in law, Paula Meek of Boons Camp, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 3, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Estill Reed officiating. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, 2021, 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2021 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 3, 2021.
