David Anthony Tackett, age 53, of 724 Left Fork Bear Hollow, East Point, Kentucky, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Wanda Lee Conley Tackett and Wade Douglas Tackett, and one sister, Rhonda Renee' Tackett Gratz.

He is survived by one son, Blake David Anthony Tackett, one daughter, Angelina Dawn Tackett, both of Inez, Kentucky; two brothers, Brian Tackett (Barbara) of East Point, Kentucky, and Wade Tackett, Jr. of Texas; two sisters, Pamela Tackett of East Point, Kentucky, and Tessie Tackett of Staffordsville, Kentucky; special niece, Kelley M. Brewer of Illinois; special nephew, Kristopher Music of Tennessee; ex-wife, Malena Tackett, and the girls, Shalena and Nakita, all of Inez, Kentucky; his second mom and dad, Margaret and Larry Sprague of Inez, Kentucky; loving friend, Brenda Endicott of Inez, Kentucky; and several loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and friends.

David enjoyed being with his family and friends, loved to go fishing with his brother, Brian, and treasured time spent with his son, Blake, and his daughter, Angelina.

David was a loving, caring, humble soul, who was truly loved, and who will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him.

Per David's request, there will be no services.
