Debbie Lynn Conley, age 63, of River, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2026 at her home.

Debbie was born October 8, 1963 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of Mary Louise VanHoose Rice and the late Morris A. Rice. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Greg Conley.

In addition to her mother Mary Rice, she is survived by one son, Brandon Blair of Van Lear, Kentucky; daughter, Courtney Smith Conley of Johnson County, Kentucky; brother, Buddy (Pauline) Rice of Stambaugh, Kentucky; sister, Betty Shelby of Kansas; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Time of Reflection will be held Monday, October 12, 2026 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
