Denise Spencer, age 59, of Euclid Avenue, Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away, Wednesday, May 24, 2023 in Pheonix, Arizona.

Denise was born August 26, 1963 in Fayette County, Kentucky, daughter of the Barbara Faye Adams Auxier and late Paul Cecil Auxier. She is preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband Timothy Spencer of Paintsville, Kentucky; her mother, Barbara Auxier of Paintsville, Kentucky;  two sons, Robert Auxier Spencer and Timothy Adams Spencer both of Paintsville, Kentucky.

Private family graveside rites will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the American Cancer Society, or First Christian Church.
