Donald "Donnie" Music, age 64, of Paintsville, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026, at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center.

He was born on September 21, 1961, in Findlay, OH, to the late Donald Ray Music and Janice Buck Music.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Rivers Music; three stepsons: William Joseph Stapleton, Paul Matthew Stapleton, and Ray Douglas Stapleton; six brothers: Kevin Music, John Music, Bill Music, Dwight Music, Daniel Music, and Curtis Music; one sister: Marie Reynolds; along with five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 P.M. Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Roger Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the Hall- Music Cemetery at Moccasin Branch in Oil Springs. Friends may visit at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and on Thursday from 11 A.M. until the time of funeral services at 1 P.M.
