Burial: Ratliff Cemetery, Boons Camp, Kentucky

Donna Sue Kestner Ratliff, age 70, of Boons Camp, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Donna was born February 24, 1951 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Roger and Ola Rowland Kestner. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Bert Michael Estep; four brothers, Arville Kestner, Delby "Hardtimes" Kestner, Bobby Gene Kestner, and Kenny Ray Kestner; two sisters, Nancy Carol Kestner and Joyce Ann Dennison; and one grandchild, Kaden Charles.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Ratliff; one son, Anthony (Melissa) Estep of Chestnut, Kentucky; one daughter, Mary Ann (Brian) Charles of Thelma, Kentucky; three brothers, Paul (Margie) Kestner of Tennessee, Roger Kestner of Sitka, Kentucky and Larry (Neda) Kestner of Salyersville, Kentucky; four sisters, Janette Kestner of Paintsville, Kentucky, Mary Kestner of Sitka, Kentucky and  Janie (Joe) Wiley of Sitka, Kentucky and Judy Eslinger of Boons Camp, Kentucky; fourteen grandchildren; one great grandchild and one great grandchild on the way.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2021 in the Boons Camp Free Will Baptist Church with Ed Hickman officiating. Burial will follow in the Ratliff Cemetery, Boons Camp, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Boons Camp Free Will Baptist Church from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday, August 8, 2021, 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday, August 9, 2021 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
