Douglas Paul Baker, age 44, of Louisa, Kentucky, passed away Friday, November 21, 2025 at his home.

Douglas was born July 29, 1981 to Carolyn Irene Baker Bishop of Paintsville, Kentucky and the late James Elvis Castle. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his wife, Andrea Kelly Baker.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Alexis Tarma Baker and Erica Renee Baker both of Louisa, Kentucky; one brother, Jackie Bishop of Flat Gap, Kentucky; two sisters, Martha Bishop and Connie Castle both of Paintsville, Kentucky; and one grandson, Darrell Baker.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 24, 2025 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
