Edith Ann Fairchild, age 75, of Little Mud Lick Road, Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at her home.

Edith was born July 2, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Tollie Bayes and Cynthia Fyffe Bayes. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Jack Fairchild.

She is survived by two daughters, Cindy McKenzie of Staffordsville, KY, Nicole Fitzpatrick and Husband John of Richmond, KY and one grandson, Joshua McKenzie of Staffordsville, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Tobe Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky.  Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2020 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020.
