Emma Hughes Grimm, age 84, of Flat Gap, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday at Mt. Manor of Paintsville.

Emma was born September 9, 1941 in Louisa, Kentucky, daughter of Shirley Newsome Hughes. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Grimm.

Emma is survived by one son, Matthew (Yvonne) Grimm of Paintsville, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Nicole Myers; and three great grandchildren, Jaxon, Ariel, and Axel.

Celebration of Life service will be conducted 12:00 Noon Saturday at Bradley Free Will Baptist Church, Salyersville, Kentucky with Phillip Spradlin officiating.
