Eula Penix Robinson Stepp, age 94, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at her home.

Eula was born December 9, 1931 in Williamsport, Kentucky, daughter of the late John B. Penix and Sophie Ward Penix. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Eugene Robinson and Villis C. Stepp, siblings, Roma Penix, Ernest Penix, John B. Penix, Jr., Chad Penix, Marybelle Wells, and Vivian Setser.

She is survived by one son, John W. (Nannette) Robinson of Paintsville, Kentucky; one daughter, Sheryl L. Robinson of Paintsville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Brandie Collins (Mark) and John Ryan Robinson (Sonya Bramley); five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2026 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday, September 4, 2026 from 12:00 Noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m.

Eula was a devout Christian her entire adult life and a loving mom, mamaw, and sister in Christ.
