Francis Sue Miller age 67, of Thelma, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 26, 2024 at her home.

Francis was born August 7, 1956 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Johnny Davis and Lora Preston. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Herman Miller, one son, Daryl Michael Preston and one brother, Ronald Stapleton.

She is survived by two daughters, Jacqueline Preston of Paintsville, Kentucky and Lora (RB) Robbins of Thelma, Kentucky; three sisters, Sharon Brown of Van Lear, Kentucky, Linda Barnes and Karen (Steve) Sluss both of Paintsville, Kentucky; special friend, Tim Moore of Thelma, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Bo Robbins and Christian Michael Robbins; and five great grandchildren, Claire, Kent, Caroline, Lily, and Alena Robbins.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Larry Blair officiating. Burial will follow in the Preston Family Cemetery, Mill Branch, Paintsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2024 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2024.
