Frank Delzer, age 85, of Paintsville, KY passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Highlands ARH.

Frank was born December 6, 1935 in Zeeland, North Dakota, son of the late Rhinne and Madeleine Levesque Delzer. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Bitsey Delzer.

He is survived by his wife, Eloise Reynolds Delzer whom he married on November 18, 1988; two sons, Francis Warren Delzer of Camillus, New York and Timothy Delzer of Knoxville, Tennessee; two daughters Julianne Delzer Burgess of Knoxville, Tennessee and Susan Raye Knight of Paintsville, Kentucky; one brother, Lewis Carroll Delzer of Long Beach, California; one sister, Jeanne Delzer Haney of Durham, North Carolina; six grandchildren, Gabrielle Delzer, Nicole Harris, Helena Delzer, Benjamin Delzer, Sarah Kimbler, and Jacob Cyrus; and five great grandchildren, Mahayla Kimbler, Harrison Kimbler, Coco Harris, Xavi Harris and Barrett Moore.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 07, 2021 at St. Michaels Catholic Church with Rev. Terrance Hoppenjans officiating.  Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
