Frank Lyons, age 88 of Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024 at his home.

Frank was born on January 16, 1936, in Johnson County, Kentucky. He was the son of the late, James Lyons and Juanita Perry Lyons. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maudie Lorraine Staniford Lyons; three sons, Robert "Bobbie" Lloyd Lyons, James Michael "Mike" Lyons, Gary Lyons; three brothers, James "Jim" Lyons, Robert Lyons, John South Lyons; two sister, Nanette Mulvaney, Francis Stambaugh;

He is survived by one son, Rick (Ashley) Lyons of Staffordsville, Kentucky; one half-brother, Shrriel Ray "Butch" (Anna) Conn of River, Kentucky;  seven grandchildren, Marty Conley, Kendra Lyons, Kansas Lyons, David Lyons, Heather Lyons, Madison Lyons, Erica Lyons; eight greatgrandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Thursday,  September 26, 3024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m.
