Franklin "Frank" McKenzie, age 66, of West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023 at Pikeville Medical Center.

Frank was born April 6, 1957 in Johnson County, Kentucky son of the late Francis Marion McKenzie and Thelma Jean Skeens McKenzie. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Tina Gillum McKenzie and one sister, Freda Davis.

He is survived by three sons, Lee McKenzie, Franklin McKenzie, Jr., and Christopher Lloyd McKenzie all of Crockett, Kentucky; one daughter, Pauline "PJ" McKenzie of Crockett, Kentucky; one brother, Stanley McKenzie of Elliott County, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Elizabeth Baptist Church, 115 Elizabeth Lane, Martha, Kentucky 41159. Burial will follow in the Gillum Family Cemetery, Martha, Kentucky. Friends may visit Elizabeth Baptist Church after 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2024 and anytime Saturday, January 6, 2024 prior to funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
