Freada Blair Colvin, age 84, of Paintsville, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center.

She was born on November 18, 1941, in Johnson County to the late Burley and Hazel Crace Blair.

Freada is survived by two sons: Kenneth Dean Blair of Paintsville, Jackie Blair of Staffordsville; three daughters: Kimberly K. Cantrell of Staffordsville, Jody Colvin of Paintsville, Hazel Colvin of Paintsville; two sisters: Charlotte Conley of Paintsville, Yvonna Crace of Staffordsville; along with twelve grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1 P.M. Monday, June 1, 2026, in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Tim Salyers officiating. Interment will follow at the Conley Cemetery at Staffordsville. Friends may visit at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and on Monday from 11 A.M. until the time of the funeral services at 1 P.M.
