Fredrick Collins, age 49, of Pikeville, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Nippa.

He was born on September 13, 1976, in Prestonsburg, KY, to Rebecca Kendrick and the late William Collins.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Monica Wallen Collins of Pikeville; two sons: Nathan Collins (Alexis Williams) of Paintsville, Braxton Collins (Sarah Hunt) of Martin; one sister: Amanda (Danny) Luna of Prestonsburg; and three grandchildren: Wesley, Elizah, and Beckett.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1 P.M. Saturday, February 7, 2026, in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Chuck Slone officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and on Saturday from 11 A.M. until the time of the funeral services at 1 P.M.
