Gail Franklin Hamilton, age 69, of Wabash, Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Gail was born October 9, 1953 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Buster Franklin and Fannie Delong Franklin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by five sisters, Emma Hyden, Bertha Ann Franklin, Linda Tousley, Doris Fitch, and Avonelle Franklin and one brother, William "Buddy" Bowling.

Gail is survived by her husband, Steve Hamilton; two daughters, Patrina Ratliff of Wabash, Indiana and Teresa Brackett of River, Kentucky; one brother, David Lee Bowling and wife Linda of East Point, Kentucky; three sisters, Barbara Stambaugh and husband Hershel of Hager Hill, Kentucky, Billie Goble of Georgetown, Kentucky and Marie Fagen of Northern, Ireland; three grandchildren, Deborah Grace Brackett, Maggie Marlene Brackett and Steven Lawrence Thomas Brackett; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Highland Memorial Park with Ronnie Spriggs officiating. There will be no public visitation prior to graveside service.
