The giving heart, that's what our mother offered to everyone she ever met. It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the passing of our dear mother. The loss we feel is deep and immeasurable, but so is our gratitude for the years we had with her.

Mother's patience, wisdom, and her love toward everyone she ever met, her unwavering presence has guided each of us throughout the years. Mother was strong-willed, sharp, and well reserved. But above all, she was graceful and kind-hearted. She loved everyone she ever met. The Good Lord noticed this graceful, loving spirit. Our family is blessed.

Lenora Geraldine Williams Davis, age 82, of Stambaugh, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at UK King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Geraldine was born April 17, 1943 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Tom and Alice Lemaster Williams. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters.

She is survived by her loving spouse Charles Davis, five daughters, Regina (Wayne) Jordan of Blaine, Kentucky, Sandra (Vanroy) Osborne of Stanford, Kentucky, Sharon (Katherine) McKinney of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Robin Davis of Stambaugh, Kentucky and Jennifer (Derek) Snyder of Paintsville, Kentucky; one sister, Sally Faye Davis of Winchester, Kentucky; along with ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 14, 2025 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at the Davis Cemetery, Sitka, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 12:00 Noon until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2025 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
