Harold Cecil Blevins, born February 8, 1936, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at Charleston Area Medical Center. Harold was preceded in death by his father, Pluma Blevins, mother Patsy Pelphrey-Blevins, sister Georgene Salyer, and brother Doris Blevins.

He is survived by his wife, Sina Blanton-Blevins, two sons Cecil Blevins of Staffordsville, Kentucky, and Hal Blevins of Oil Springs, Kentucky. Also, three daughters Sheila Blevins of Staffordsville, Kentucky, Machelle (Ken) McClure of Staffordsville, Kentucky, and Lisa (John) Salyer of Oil Springs, Kentucky.

Harold is also survived by one brother Roger Blevins of Pickle Fork, Kentucky, and five sisters: Imogene Payne of Dayton, Ohio, Neva Whitt, of Lexington, Kentucky, Opal Ward, of Paintsville, Kentucky, Ann Blancett, of Pickle Fork, Kentucky, and Edith Haley, of Van Lear, Kentucky.

He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless wonderful friends.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Riverview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Entombment will follow after service. There is no visitation prior to service.
