Harvey Ratliff, age 73, of Tutor Key, Kentucky, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 at his home.

Harvey was born May 6, 1949 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Add and Okie Pack Ratliff. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by seven brothers, Raymond, Tommy, James, Robert, Jimmy, Clyde, and Steve Ratliff; and two sisters, Virginia Rizzo and Linda Hackworth.

He is survived by one son, Jamie (Katherine) Ratliff of Gregory, Michigan; one daughter, Jennifer (Shawn) Zack of Howell, Michigan; two brothers, David Ratliff of Paintsville, Kentucky and Charlie (Mary Ann) Ratliff of Tutor Key; one sister, Margaret (Gary) Blanton of Flat Gap, Kentucky; and seven grandchildren, Austin, Isabella, Lila, Josie, Silas, Harlan, and Sawyer.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2023 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Robert Blanton officiating. Burial will follow in the Ratliff Family Cemetery, Pine Street, Paintsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2023 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2023.

Full military honors will be conducted by Auxier Chapter 18 DAV.
