Howard Litton, age 78, of Fitch Branch, Meally, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at his home.

Howard was born September 6, 1941 in Martin County, Kentucky, son of the late William Hayes and Georgia Gillespie Litton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Goldie Mae Austin Litton, two sons, Bobby Gene Litton and Gary Wayne Litton, two brothers, Donald Litton and Willis Litton, and two sisters, Loretta Webb and Pearl Bernice Kestner.

He is survived by one son, David Eugene (Angela) Litton of Radcliff, Kentucky; two sisters, Lillian (Robert) O'Bryan of Leander, Kentucky and Phyllis Burchett of Stambaugh, Kentucky; one brother, William Hayes Litton, Jr. of Iowa, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Zachary (Sydney), Chase, Susan, and Kevin; two great grandchildren, Gunner and Autumn; and a host of additional grand and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2020 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Ronnie Spriggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Litton Cemetery, Right Fork of Fitch Branch, Meally, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday, July 31, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
