Imagean Castle, age 85, of River, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday at Mt. Manor of Paintsville.

Imagean was born July 24, 1939 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Chauncey David Wheeler and Berta Mae McKenzie Wheeler. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Castle and brother, Burch Wheeler.

She is survived by two sons, Jerry Alan Booth of Sitka, Kentucky and Robert Leon Booth of Elizabeth, Kentucky; one step son, Russell Lee Castle of Columbus, Ohio; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 16, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Jones Family Cemetery, Sitka, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
