Isaac Emmanuel Gollihue, age 19, of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2023 at Highlands ARH.

Isaac was born March 18, 2003 in Fayette County, Kentucky, son of Lorria Jean Spears Gollihue and the late Tony Douglas Gollihue.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Christian Blake Gollihue and Dante Logan Gollihue both of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Per his wishes, all services will be private.
