Isaac "Pee Wee'" Powers, Jr., age 56, of Chillicothe, Ohio, formerly of Johnson County, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Bethesda North Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pee Wee was born June 24, 1967 in Columbus, Ohio, son of Charlee Blevins (Johnny) Ratliff of Staffordsville, Kentucky and the late Isaac Power, Sr.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his girlfriend, Shirley May; one brother, Daniel Powers; one sister, Tasina Meek; one half-brother, Brandon Powers; two half-sisters, Rebecca Zdanowski and Melissa Marshall; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 17, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Johnny Ratliff officiating. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
