James Allen Jones, age 52, of Sitka, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday at his home.

James was born March 29, 1970 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Hollie Jones and Pollie Justice Jones. He is preceded in death by both of his parents.

He is survived by three brothers, Tony Lee Jones, Hollie Ray Jones and Gregory Lee Jones; one sister Linda Jones; five nieces, Britnie Bayes, Carrie Raudolph, Marlania Castle, Marissa Shepherd and Savannah Jones; one nephew, Warren Jones;

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 16, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Roger Thornsbury officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones Family Cemetery, Sitka, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Saturday, October 15, 2022 and 12:00 Noon until time of service Sunday October 16, 2022,  2:00 P.M at Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel.
