Burial: Webb-Adams Cemetery, Barnetts Creek, Kentucky

Jamie Lynne Adams, age 62, of  Flat Gap, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024, at her daughter's home.

Jamie was born August 20, 1961, in New Lexington, Ohio, the daughter of the late James Dunkle and Bernice Wilson Dunkle. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Ridge Runner" Lee Adams, her siblings, Connie Allen, and Thomas James Dunkle, and two infant brothers; her father-in-law and mother in-law, James and Pauline Adams; one brother-in-law, Hobert Blair; and one infant sister-in-law.

One daughter survives Jamie, Christal (John) Music; two sons James Robert Dunkle (Jim Bob) and Bradley E. (Heather) Adams and her seven grandchildren, Christopher, Austin, Emily , Natalie, Brenlynn, Eli, and Wren; one brother-in-law, James Michael (Wilma) Adams; three sisters-in-law, Sarah Dunkle, Kathy Blair, and Roberta (Eddy Joe) Fairchild; special friend, Rita Music and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 1, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Freddy Salyer and Bennie Salyer officiating. Burial will follow at Webb-Adams Cemetery, Barnetts Creek, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday 30, July 31, 2024, 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2024, and 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 1, 2024.
