Janeanne Hammond Jarrell, age 68, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Hazard ARH.

Janeanne was born May 25, 1955 in Floyd County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Willis Charles Hammond and Loretta Lee Anderson Hammond. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Steven Christopher Wells; one daughter, Mary Melissa Maynard Edenfield.

She is survived by one brother, Charles Foster (Cindy) Hammond of Paintsville, Kentucky; two nephews, Charles Andrew Hammonds and Scott Wallace Hammond; two great Dalton Hammond and Cory Hammond; great niece, Charlee Hammond; three grandchildren, Joe Edenfield, Ali Edenfield and Dylan Wells.

Per her request there will be no public services at this time and a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
