Jase Allen Blackburn, age 7 weeks, of Van Lear, Kentucky, joined the heavenly angels on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky.

Jase was born May 28, 2025 in Lexington, Kentucky, son of Jake and Alexandria Blackburn.

In addition to his parents, Jase is survived by maternal grandparents, Brian and Kristie Phillips; paternal grandparents, Brian and Dawn Blackburn of Hager Hill, Kentucky; and aunt, Jade Blackburn of Van Lear, Kentucky.

Private services will be held for Jase Allen Blackburn.

Burial at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky.
