Jeffrey Landon Tackett, age 60, of Rocky Knob Branch, Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Community Hospice, Ashland, Kentucky.

Jeffrey was born November 26, 1961 in Johnson County, Kentucky to Pauline Tackett Frisby and husband JR Frisby and the late Billy Ray Tackett. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Kay Ward.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Tyler Tackett and Jordan Ryan Tackett both of Staffordsville, Kentucky; three daughters, Ashley Hayden and husband Derek of Flat Gap, Kentucky, Kristy Tackett of Staffordsville, Kentucky and Brittany Tackett of Lowmansville, Kentucky; four brothers, Tony Tackett and wife Pam, Greg Tackett and wife Kim, David Tackett and Kenny Tackett and wife Kim all of Staffordsville, Kentucky; ten grandchildren and special grandson Jacob, who was always by his side.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2022 in the Highland Memorial Park Chapel with Greg Caudill officiating. Burial will follow at Jayne Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Highland Memorial Park Chapel, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 1, 2022 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
