Jennifer Rose Prater, age 41, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Jennifer was born December 18, 1979 in Floyd County, Kentucky, daughter of Darlene Collins of Paintsville, Kentucky and James Otis Williamson, Jr. of Mississippi.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Paul Michael Prater, II; one son, Jayden Isaiah Prater of Van Lear, Kentucky; step-mother, Marlene Williamson of Mississippi; one sister, Crystal Burks of Paintsville, Kentucky; one niece, Isabella Morgan; and a host of other family members.

Memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
