Jerry Marcum, age 72, of Oil Springs, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 at his home.

Jerry was born May 27, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Donald Marcum and Ruby Frazier Marcum. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Debbie Marcum and one sister-in-law, Vickie Marcum.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Roberts Marcum; one son, Robert (April) Marcum II of Sitka, Kentucky; one daughter, Chasity Marcum of Thelma, Kentucky; three step daughters, Heather (Shane) Hinkle of Winchester, Kentucky, Jessica Cantrell and Emma Montgomery both of Lexington, Kentucky; two brothers, Larry Marcum of Dayton, Ohio and Rick (Rita) Marcum of Richmond, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Tanner Wallen, Jacob Marcum, Brooke Wallen, and Alex Marcum; and two step grandchildren, Weston Montgomery and Parker Cantrell.

Jerry retired from America Standard and was avid hunter and fisherman.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Calvary Church of God with Matthew Craft officiating. Burial will follow at Frazier Family Cemetery, Williams Creek, Flat Gap, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Calvary Church of God from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
