James Stanley Maggard, age 70, of Paintsville, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord Monday, January 17, 2022, at Highland ARH, Prestonsburg, KY.

He was born in Johnson County, KY June 29, 1951, son of the late Mark R Maggard and Shirly Marie Mammon.  In addition to his parents, Jim Stan was preceded in death by one sister, Jeanne Mayo O'Bryan.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Belinda A Maggard; one son, James Bradley (Kristi) Maggard, and two brothers, Robert (Bonnie) Maggard and Mark A. Maggard. Two Sisters survive, Kathy (Mitch) Kinner and Betty Ann (Steve) Long, along with his mother-in-law, Joyce P Conley and a host of special nieces and nephews.

For the last 17 years, Jim Stan has been a follower and believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.

There will be no public visitation and private family services will be conducted at a later date.
