Jody Kay Lazzell Garcia, age 60, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at her home.

Jody was born November 27, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Lynn Edward Lazzell, Sr. and Cheryl Ann Droz Lazzell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer.

She is survived by one daughter, Carrie Squadrani of Aahland, Kentucky; one son, Marco (Kelsey) Squadrani of Black Lick, Ohio; two sisters Tara (Mark) Oney of Ashland, Kentucky and Mary Jo (Claude) Mootoo of Jacksonville, Florida; and one step daughter, Gloria Garcia of Delaware, Ohio.

At this time there will be no public services and a memorial service at a later time.
