John Earl Rowland, age 61, of Paintsville, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at his residence.

He was born on October 26, 1964, in Lima, OH, to the late Robert Paul Rowland and Audrey Earl Horne Rowland.

He is survived by one son, John Paul Rowland of Richmond, KY, and one brother, Keith (Margene) Rowland of Lima, OH.

At the request of the family, there are no services scheduled at this time.
